1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User", "Client", "Student") and 9Teen Initiative ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), an MSME-registered technology startup and AICTE-approved platform located in Gondia, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing or using our website 9teeninitiative.com, engaging our B2B software/hardware development services, purchasing our in-house tech products, or enrolling in our AICTE-compliant internship programs, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & Offerings

9Teen Initiative operates across three primary business pillars:

• Custom B2B Solutions: Design, development, and deployment of custom web applications, mobile apps (Android/iOS), desktop ERP software, AI/ML models, and IoT embedded hardware systems.
• In-House Tech Products: Distribution, licensing, and support of proprietary software platforms (e.g. 9Teen AI Engine, Smart IoT Gateway, EdTech Assessment Engine).
• AICTE Approved Skill Training: Practical project-based internship and training programs for students and professionals.

3. Client B2B Projects & Intellectual Property

For custom client engineering contracts:

• Client Ownership: Upon full and final settlement of agreed project fees, full ownership and intellectual property rights of the specific custom codebase or hardware schematic developed exclusively for the client shall be transferred to the client.
• Proprietary Frameworks: 9Teen Initiative retains all rights, title, and interest in pre-existing reusable core libraries, proprietary AI algorithms, and software frameworks utilized across projects.

4. AICTE Internship & Training Regulations

Students and interns participating in 9Teen Initiative programs agree to adhere to strict academic and professional conduct guidelines:

• Attendance & Submission: Interns must complete designated project milestones and attend scheduled mentor reviews to qualify for certification.
• Academic Integrity: Code plagiarism, unauthorized submission of copied projects, or falsification of records will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

5. Certificate Issuance & QR Verification

Every official certificate issued by 9Teen Initiative carries a unique Certificate ID (e.g. 9T-2026-101) and QR Code registered on our online portal. We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate any certificate if fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is discovered post-issuance.

6. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Financial terms governing client contracts and student enrollments:

• Milestone Payments: B2B client projects operate under agreed milestone billing schedules. Work commences upon receipt of project advance.
• Refund Policy: All refunds for course enrollments or services are strictly governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary in-house products.
• Using our systems for illegal activities, distributing malware, or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
• Falsifying identification details or credentials on application forms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 9Teen Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, software, or website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gondia / Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
