2. Services Overview

9Teen Initiative provides the following services:

• Custom software development and IT solutions
• AICTE-approved internship programs in technology fields
• Professional training and certification courses
• Consulting and freelancing services

3. Internship Program Terms

3.1 Eligibility

Our internship programs are open to:

• Students currently enrolled in technical degree programs
• Recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation)
• Professionals seeking skill enhancement (for certain programs)

3.2 Program Structure

All internships include:

• Duration of 3-6 months depending on program
• Minimum 20 hours per week commitment
• Project-based learning with mentor guidance
• Evaluation and certification upon successful completion

3.3 Stipend Policy

Stipends are provided based on:

• Program type and duration
• Intern performance during initial evaluation period
• Company policies in effect at the time

Stipends are not guaranteed for all programs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content developed during internships or service engagements, including but not limited to:

• Software code
• Designs and prototypes
• Documentation and research
• Training materials

remains the property of TechNova Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Service Payments

For paid services:

• 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• Balance due upon project completion
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds for training programs:

• 100% refund if cancelled 7+ days before start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before start date
• No refunds after program commencement

No refunds for completed services or internships.

6. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Proprietary business information
• Client data and project details
• Technical processes and methodologies

This obligation continues for 3 years after termination of engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

9Teen Initiative shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Issues arising from third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We may terminate services or internships immediately if:

• Violation of these Terms occurs
• Professional misconduct is identified
• Non-payment continues for 30+ days

Participants may terminate with 14 days written notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gondia, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
