At 9Teen Initiative (MSME Registered), we strive to provide the best services and internship programs to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of our services and programs.

Note: Our AICTE-approved internship programs follow additional guidelines set by the All India Council for Technical Education regarding cancellations and refunds.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to info@9teeninitiative.com with your invoice/receipt number
  2. Include reason for cancellation/refund request
  3. Processing time: 7-10 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to original payment method

MSME Note: As an MSME-registered company, we process refunds within 15 days as per MSME guidelines.
