At 9Teen Initiative Foundation, we appreciate the generosity of our donors. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue refunds for donations made to our organization.

General Donation Policy

All donations made to 9Teen Initiative Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable, except in the following specific circumstances:

• Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment card
• Technical errors in the donation processing system
• Specific cases where a refund is warranted at our discretion

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your donation at:

• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• Payment method used
• Reason for refund request

Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our refund criteria.

Event Cancellations

For paid events:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund

If we cancel an event, all participants will receive a full refund.

Membership Cancellations

For recurring membership donations:

• You may cancel future recurring donations at any time
• Refunds for past donations are subject to our general refund policy
